I'm a patient on Allen Ward. Asked Karen Dixon about having my meds. Informed 'I don't know, ask Dani. I replied' I don't know her'. Karen replied 'well, she's around'. My anxiety shot up and I replied 'don't worry', to which Karen replied 'I'm not' in a derogatory tone.
Unacceptable behaviour showing a total lack of support and empathy.

Teach your staff communication skills... Best provided by a SALT.

They sectioned me for not taking drugs that weren't prescribed and if they had been prescribed wouldn't have been compulsory.
As all the staff think being sectioned is so excellent it should happen to them.

One red tablet was very helpful for me and unfortunately this was taken away from my treatment.

Most of the staff are very considerate and helpful and good at listening when I am upset. Some staff however are not as sensitive to the issues and can sometimes say the wrong thing and make me feel worse.
